Ingredients
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
- 2 1/2 c. boiling water
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 1 c. sour cream
Method
- Drain fruit.
- Dissolve jello in boiling water.
- Fold in strawberries, bananas and pineapple.
- Pour half of mixture into jello mold or square pan.
- Chill until it starts to jell.
- Spread sour cream over the chilled jello.
- Pour remaining jello over the sour cream layer.
- Chill until firm.
