Ingredients
- 6 c. milk
- 3 c. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3 qt. half and half
- 12 Tbsp. vanilla
- 6 Butterfinger bars, crushed
Method
- Scald the milk.
- Add sugar and salt to the milk and stir until both are thoroughly dissolved.
- Add the cream.
- Stir in the vanilla.
- Cool the mixture and then pour into the cylinder of a 6-quart freezer.
- Follow directions for your freezer as to time and so forth.
- Makes 6 quarts.
