Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. butter flavor or vanilla flavor
- 1 small box vanilla pudding
Method
- Cream butter and sugar; add flavoring.
- Mix 1 tablespoon less than 2 cups flour and dry pudding in another bowl.
- By hand, mix eggs in, one at a time.
- Mix all ingredients together; pour into greased and floured tube pan.
- Bake at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes. Do not open oven or cake will fall.
