Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups crushed crackers
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. thawed fish
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/4 c. milk
Method
- Combine all ingredients except fish. Mix well. Place fish in baking dish and spread mixture over top. Bake 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Done when fish flakes.
