Ingredients
- 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. chicken
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 1 c. long grain rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 cans water
Method
- Scatter raw rice in bottom of greased casserole.
- Lay chicken, skin side up, on top.
- Mix soups and water and pour over chicken. Bake 2 hours at 350°.
- Serves 4 to 6.
