- 2 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 (8 oz.) can Hunt's tomato sauce with cheese
- 1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Mix Bisquick baking mix with water until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes.
- Pat dough in greased pan with floured hands.
- Brown ground beef and salt in skillet; drain.
- Crumble over dough.
- Sprinkle oregano, pepper and garlic salt over ground beef. Pour Hunt's tomato sauce with cheese over meat mixture.
- Top with cheeses.
- Bake at 375° for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Cut into wedges and serve hot.
