Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • evaporated milk
  • 2 c. stuffing mix
  • 1/2 c. small onion (put in with stuffing)
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. catsup

Method

  • Prepare stuffing according to package; add onion.
  • Combine meat and milk; mix well.
  • Make into 6 to 8 (5 to 6-inch) patties. Put stuffing in center of each one; fold up side to make a bundle. Mix soup, Worcestershire sauce and catsup in bowl.
  • Spoon over burgers.
  • Bake 60 minutes at 350°.
