Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- evaporated milk
- 2 c. stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. small onion (put in with stuffing)
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
Method
- Prepare stuffing according to package; add onion.
- Combine meat and milk; mix well.
- Make into 6 to 8 (5 to 6-inch) patties. Put stuffing in center of each one; fold up side to make a bundle. Mix soup, Worcestershire sauce and catsup in bowl.
- Spoon over burgers.
- Bake 60 minutes at 350°.
