Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. Crisco
Method
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt and Crisco with enough water to make a stiff dough.
- Roll out thin; cut into strips.
- Boil chicken in about 2 quarts water until done; debone.
- Add dumplings into broth; cook until done, about 15 minutes.
- Put chicken back in. Simmer about 15 more minutes.
- Enjoy.
