- 2 lb. hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/4 c. frozen onions, drained
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- Old London toasted bread crumbs
Method
- Thaw potatoes; combine with butter and other ingredients.
- Put bread crumbs on top.
- Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
