Ingredients

  • WINGS
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 2 Tbsp packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ancho chili powder
  • 2 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 tsp chipolte chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 20 wings (40 pieces, no tips)
  • cooking spray
  • GLAZE
  • 1/2 cup Frank's Extra Hot Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp sweet wasabi sauce

Method

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400
  • 2. Line Baking sheets with parchment paper
  • 3. Place oven racks on top
  • 4. Combine all wing ingredients except cooking spray and wings in large bowl. Mix thoroughly,
  • 5. Add wings and ensure all pieces are coated.
  • 6. Spread pieces on baking sheets - do not crowd.
  • 7. Reserve dry mixture left in bowl.
  • 8. Spray each piece with cooking spray.
  • 9. Bake 30 - 40 minutes until browned.
  • 10. Remove from oven and turn oven to broil.
  • 11. Combine glaze ingredient in bowl
  • 12. Add remaining dry ingredient to glaze mixture - mix well.
  • 13. Toss chicken pieces with glaze mixture.
  • 14. Broil for about 5 minutes
  • 15. Serve with blue cheese dip and lots of napkins.
