Ingredients

  • 1- 1/2 pound Ground Chicken
  • 1 cup Plain Dried Bread Crumbs
  • 13 cups Gorgonzola Cheese
  • 13 cups Celery, Diced (1/3 Cup Is About 1 Rib)
  • 1/4 cups White Onion, Diced
  • 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cups Hot Sauce (Buffalo Style)
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Dried Parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoons Dried Dill Weed
  • 1 pinch Ground Black Pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons Hot Sauce (Buffalo Style)
  • 2 Tablespoons Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a 9x5 or similar sized loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.
  • In a large bowl mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, celery and onion.
  • In a small bowl whisk milk, hot sauce, egg, salt, garlic powder, parsley, dill and pepper.
  • Pour wet ingredients into chicken mixture and mix until combined.
  • Place mixture into prepared loaf pan and firmly press.
  • Brush the top with the remaining hot sauce and bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 165 F.
  • Remove pan from oven.
  • Sprinkle with additional Gorgonzola cheese then put pan back in the oven and continue to cook until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.
