Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Chicken Tenders
  • 12 ounces, fluid Hot Sauce (I Use Frank's Original)
  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 2 blocks Cream Cheese (8 Ounce Blocks)
  • Celery (to Taste)
  • 1 cup Shredded Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese

Method

  • Boil chicken in a pot, remove from water and then dice.
  • Next, simmer the cooked chicken and hot sauce together in a skillet until the hot sauce is absorbed into the chicken.
  • Mix dressing, diced celery (however much you want, or not at all), and cream cheese.
  • Add to the chicken/hot sauce mixture.
  • Pour into a baking dish and top with the shredded cheese.
  • Bake 25 minutes at 350 uncovered.
  • Serve with Tostitos.
