Ingredients
- 2 pounds Chicken Tenders
- 12 ounces, fluid Hot Sauce (I Use Frank's Original)
- 1 cup Ranch Dressing
- 2 blocks Cream Cheese (8 Ounce Blocks)
- Celery (to Taste)
- 1 cup Shredded Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese
Method
- Boil chicken in a pot, remove from water and then dice.
- Next, simmer the cooked chicken and hot sauce together in a skillet until the hot sauce is absorbed into the chicken.
- Mix dressing, diced celery (however much you want, or not at all), and cream cheese.
- Add to the chicken/hot sauce mixture.
- Pour into a baking dish and top with the shredded cheese.
- Bake 25 minutes at 350 uncovered.
- Serve with Tostitos.
