Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 pouch onion soup and dip mix I used lipton
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo sauce..or to your taste
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 burger bun..leaf lettuce per buger, 1 slice cheese , 1 slice tomato..and ranch dressing or whatever u prefer

Method

  • mix ingredients well
  • heat large pan with lid on medium heat and drizzle in about a tablespoon of olive oil
  • for a chunk of chicken into a meatball n press into a patty.
  • put it in the pan n place the lid on
  • flip about 6 minutes later
  • keep lid on pan and wait anouther 4 or 5 minutes if at anytime your chicken starts to brown more than you want it to at any point in cooking lower the heat so it doesn't burn but cook it all the way threw.
  • I put a slice of muenster cheese on mine and queso blanco on hubbys u can use whatever you want
  • I topped mine with lettuce tomato and ranch..hubby had bbq sauce
  • its also very good with brown rice and a bit of black beans in the meat b4 u cook it.. ive also tryed putting quick cooking oats in it and it was pretty good if ur into that kinda diet
