Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano dried
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cumin ground
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper ground
Method
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Store in a glass or plastic container.
- Suggested Uses: - Add to tacos and taco casserole.
- - Sprinkle in chili and bean soups.
- - Add to grain casseroles.
- - Add to bean dishes, including bean salads and soups.
- - Sprinkle on Mexican salads.
- - Combine with cream base (like sour cream/mayo/softened cream cheese) and salsa for tortilla chip dip.

- - Use to season beef, turkey, chicken, or tofu for tortillas or fajitas.
