Ingredients
- 1 stick soft butter
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
- 1/4 cake paraffin
Method
- Mix butter, powdered sugar, peanut butter and vanilla thoroughly.
- Form into small, slightly flattened balls.
- Chill for 2 hours.
- Melt chocolate and wax in double boiler.
- Using a toothpick, dip each ball in chocolate, leaving an uncovered light spot to resemble a buckeye.
- Place on waxed paper to harden.
