Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Brussels sprouts, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 c. processed sharp Cheddar cheese spread
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. crushed dry bread crumbs

Method

  • Place hot cooked Brussels sprouts in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  • Dot with cheese spread.
  • Set aside.
  • Place butter in a 1 cup measure.
  • Microwave on High until butter melts.
  • Stir in bread crumbs.
  • Toss to coat.
  • Scatter crumb mixture over Brussels sprouts.
  • Microwave 30 seconds to 1 minute on High, or until cheese melts.
  • Serves 6 to 8.
