Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Brussels sprouts, cooked and drained
- 1/2 c. processed sharp Cheddar cheese spread
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. crushed dry bread crumbs
Method
- Place hot cooked Brussels sprouts in a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
- Dot with cheese spread.
- Set aside.
- Place butter in a 1 cup measure.
- Microwave on High until butter melts.
- Stir in bread crumbs.
- Toss to coat.
- Scatter crumb mixture over Brussels sprouts.
- Microwave 30 seconds to 1 minute on High, or until cheese melts.
- Serves 6 to 8.
