Ingredients

  • 1 bunch capella tomatoes chopped
  • 1 bunch Cilantro chopped
  • 3 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 onion finely chopped
  • 15 slice fresh mozzarella
  • 1 salt to taste
  • 1 loaf Italian or French bread
  • 1 olive oil
  • 1 Italian seasoning
  • 1 Italian glaze with balsamic vinegar of modena

Method

  • Chop your favorite tomatoes, cilantro
  • Add minced garlic
  • Chop onion
  • Salt to taste
  • Mix together in bowl set aside
  • Slice bread brush olive oil over tops & Sprinkle with Italian seasoning toast in oven at 350 until slightly toasted or longer if you like real crispy last few minutes add mozzarella until melted
  • Top with tomatoe mix
  • Option drizzle with Italian glaze with balsamic vinegar of modena
