- 2 chickens
- 5 lb. pork roast or beef
- 40 oz. ketchup
- 4 Tbsp. black pepper
- 3 cans tomatoes
- 10 oz. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 or 4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 2 cans lima beans
- 3 cans cream-style corn
- 2 cans kernel corn
- 6 medium potatoes
- 4 large onions
- 1/4 c. lemon juice concentrate
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 can English peas
Method
- Cook chickens and roast until done.
- Grind chickens and lean meat.
- Grind onions and potatoes.
- Set meat aside.
- Combine onions, potatoes, beans and tomatoes.
- Cook for 1 hour.
- Add kernel corn, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, lemon juice and pepper.
- Cook and simmer 30 minutes.
- Add cream-style corn and meat.
- Simmer for at least 1 hour, stirring regularly.
