Ingredients

  • 6 whole 6 Inch Diameter Flour Or Corn Tortillas
  • 6 whole Eggs
  • 6 ounces, weight Grated Cheese
  • 6 Tablespoons Canned Chopped Green Chilies
  • 6 pieces Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled
  • 6 Tablespoons Salsa

Method

  • Soften tortillas in microwave for 30 seconds. Shape tortillas into cups and place in a greased muffin tin. Crack 1 egg into each tart, sprinkle with cheese, chilies, and bacon bits. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 15 minutes. Cover with foil and bake for 10 more minutes. Remove and place 1 Tablespoon of salsa on each tart.
