Ingredients

  • 1 x fudge-type brownie mix ice cream lightly sweetened whipped cream chocolate syrup

Method

  • Fudge-type brownie mix (this is a dense, chewy bar-type cookie with nuts) made according to package directions.
  • Grease a 9-inch pie tin, and pour the brownie fold in the pie tin.
  • Bake according to package directions.
  • Remove the brownie pie from the oven, cold slightly and cut into 10 wedges (the wedges seem small, but this is RICH.
  • Top each wedge with a scoop of ice cream, a spoonful or possibly two of lightly sweetened whipped cream, and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  • Serve immediately.
  • Any unused pie may be wrapped air-tight, and re-heated later.
