Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Duncan Hines brownie mix family size
  • 1/2 gal Mint chocolate chip ice cream
  • 8 ounce Cold Whip, thawed
  • 20 whl maraschino cherries
  • 6 ounce Semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 14 ounce Sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Grease bottom of 13 x 9 pan.
  • Prepare, bake and cold brownie mix according to directions.
  • Cold completely.
  • Cut into 20 servings.
  • For fudge sauce, combine chocolate chips, butter, condensed lowfat milk and vanilla extract in medium saucepan.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till mix is warm and slightly thickened.
  • For each serving, place brownie on plate.
  • Top with scoop of ice cream and dollop of cold whip.
  • Garnish with cherry.
