Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Melt butter and chocolate in large saucepan on low heat, stirring constantly.
- Cool.
- Add sugar and eggs until blended.
- Blend in milk and vanilla.
- Stir in flour and salt, mixing just until blended.
- Spread evenly into greased and floured 9-inch spring-form pan.
- Bake 25 minutes.
- While Brownie Bottom is baking, prepare Cheesecake.
