Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Method

  • Preheat oven to 325°.
  • Melt butter and chocolate in large saucepan on low heat, stirring constantly.
  • Cool.
  • Add sugar and eggs until blended.
  • Blend in milk and vanilla.
  • Stir in flour and salt, mixing just until blended.
  • Spread evenly into greased and floured 9-inch spring-form pan.
  • Bake 25 minutes.
  • While Brownie Bottom is baking, prepare Cheesecake.
