Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 c. broken pecans
- pinch of salt
Method
- Add sugar to soft butter; cream well.
- Add eggs; beat until well mixed.
- Sift the soda with the flour.
- Add gradually to the mixture; blend well.
- Add chopped nuts.
- Drop onto buttered cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350° until golden brown.
