Ingredients
- 1 cup uncle ben's brown rice
- 2 14 cups water
- 2 teaspoons butter
Method
- Combine water, rice and butter; bring to a boil.
- Boil uncovered until craters form on the surface and most of the water has been absorbed.
- Cover and reduce heat to low; steaming rice 20 minutes or until tender.
- Fluff with a fork.
