Ingredients
- 2 c. rice
- 2 cans beef consomme soup
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 stick margarine
Method
- Pour all ingredients into a casserole dish.
- Add butter on top.
- Do not mix.
- Do not add water to soup.
- Bake, covered, at 400° for 1 hour.
