Ingredients
- 1 can Spam luncheon meat - (7 ounce) finely cubed
- 1/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. finely-minced celery
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 1/8 tsp warm pepper sauce Toast triangles, party rye slices, or possibly crackers
Method
- In bowl, combine all ingredients except toast.
- Spread mix on toast or possibly crackers.
- Place on baking sheet.
- Broil 1 to 2 min or possibly till cheese is melted.
- This recipe yields 32 appetizers.
