Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. scallops
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. curry
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Method
- Combine mustard, honey, curry and lemon juice.
- Brush onto scallops.
- Broil under low heat for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Turn, and brush scallops again.
- Cook until lightly brown.
