Ingredients
- 2 lb. broccoli
- 8 oz. American or Velveeta sliced cheese
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 c. milk
- salt to taste
Method
- Cook broccoli slowly until tender.
- Drain and place in casserole dish.
- Pour oil in skillet.
- Heat until hot and add flour.
- Stir until smooth.
- Add milk and stir until thick and add cheese.
- Stir until cheese is melted.
- Pour over broccoli.
