Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 c. sliced or fresh mushrooms
- 6 slices white bread, cubed
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
- 1/8 tsp. oregano
- salt and pepper
Method
- Combine sausage and mushrooms in large skillet after cooking sausage.
- Saute mushrooms until tender.
- Place bread cubes in lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
- Top with sausage and mushroom mixture and Cheddar cheese.
