Ingredients
- 1 c. cooked chopped broccoli
- 1/2 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 c. undiluted cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup
- 2 oz. pasteurized process cheese spread (such as Cheez Whiz)
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cook rice and broccoli separately in lightly salted water. Use as little water as possible to conserve vitamins.
- Mix broccoli, rice, soup and Cheez Whiz together.
- Season to taste. Put mixture into individual casseroles.
- Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
