Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 package soup Knorr Leek, Dip and Recipe Mix
  • 10 ounces frozen chopped broccoli thawed and drained
  • 1 1/2 shredded cheese cheddar, Swiss, or Monterey Jack
  • 9 inches frozen deep dish pie crust or unbaked

Method

  • In large bowl, with whisk, beat milk, eggs and recipe
  • mix. Stir in broccoli and cheese; pour into pie crust.
  • Bake 40-50 minutes, until knife inserted at least one inch from edge come
  • out clean.
  • Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
  • *if using frozen pie crust, do not thaw. Preheat oven and baking sheet. Pour
  • filling into crust; bake on baking sheet.
