Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 package soup Knorr Leek, Dip and Recipe Mix
- 10 ounces frozen chopped broccoli thawed and drained
- 1 1/2 shredded cheese cheddar, Swiss, or Monterey Jack
- 9 inches frozen deep dish pie crust or unbaked
Method
- In large bowl, with whisk, beat milk, eggs and recipe
- mix. Stir in broccoli and cheese; pour into pie crust.
- Bake 40-50 minutes, until knife inserted at least one inch from edge come
- out clean.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
- *if using frozen pie crust, do not thaw. Preheat oven and baking sheet. Pour
- filling into crust; bake on baking sheet.
