Ingredients
- 1 lb. broccoli, cut up
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- pinch of ground red pepper
- 1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
- 3 1/4 tsp. soy sauce
Method
- Cook broccoli and chestnuts in medium pan, covered, in small amount of boiling water 10 minutes.
- Drain and keep warm.
- In same saucepan, melt butter.
- Stir in soy sauce and pepper.
- Heat thoroughly.
- Pour over broccoli.
