Ingredients
- 24 oz. cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 4 Tbsp. snipped parsley
- 8 oz. lasagna, cooked
- 2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
- 12 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, sliced
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 12 bacon slices, lightly fried
Method
- Mix together cottage cheese, eggs, salt, garlic salt and parsley.
- In a buttered glass dish, place 2 or 3 layers of the following in the order shown:
- noodles, cottage cheese mixture, broccoli, Monterey Jack cheese and Parmesan cheese.
- Top with bacon strips. Bake at 350° until lasagna bubbles.
- Serves 6 to 8.
