Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli
  • 2 (10 oz.) frozen cauliflower
  • 1 small can French fried onion rings
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 4 oz. or more processed cheese (Velveeta)

Method

  • Cook broccoli and cauliflower, but not until tender. Put soup in bottom of 9 x 13 casserole. Add half of cheese and half of onion rings. Add broccoli and cauliflower. Add rest of cheese, margarine and onion rings. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
