Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1 egg, beaten well
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm seasoned bread crumbs or Ritz crackers
Method
- Cook vegetables about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Drain.
- Combine all ingredients except topping and pour over cooked vegetables in baking dish.
- Sprinkle topping over casserole and drizzle 2/3 stick melted butter or margarine over topping.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
