Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. grated sharp cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten well
  • 2 tsp. grated onion
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm seasoned bread crumbs or Ritz crackers

Method

  • Cook vegetables about 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Drain.
  • Combine all ingredients except topping and pour over cooked vegetables in baking dish.
  • Sprinkle topping over casserole and drizzle 2/3 stick melted butter or margarine over topping.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
