Ingredients
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
- 3/4 c. rice (1 1/2 c. cooked)
Method
- Saute onion in margarine until golden brown.
- Add soup and Cheez Whiz.
- Blend together.
- Add cooked rice and broccoli.
- Pour into a buttered baking dish or casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
