Ingredients

  • 1 large pkg. frozen broccoli or 2 boxes broccoli flowerets
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 3/4 can water (added to soup)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine
  • 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing
  • 1/2 bag sharp Cheddar cheese

Method

  • Cook broccoli and drain.
  • Let cool slightly.
  • Heat soup with water.
  • Let cool.
  • Beat eggs and add to soup.
  • Add mayonnaise to soup mixture.
  • Melt margarine and add dressing.
  • Layer broccoli, some dressing, some cheese and part of soup mixture.
  • Then layer the rest.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, uncovered.
  • Cover and bake 15 minutes longer or until brown.
