Ingredients
- 1 large pkg. frozen broccoli or 2 boxes broccoli flowerets
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 3/4 can water (added to soup)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing
- 1/2 bag sharp Cheddar cheese
Method
- Cook broccoli and drain.
- Let cool slightly.
- Heat soup with water.
- Let cool.
- Beat eggs and add to soup.
- Add mayonnaise to soup mixture.
- Melt margarine and add dressing.
- Layer broccoli, some dressing, some cheese and part of soup mixture.
- Then layer the rest.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, uncovered.
- Cover and bake 15 minutes longer or until brown.
