Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. crumbled Ritz crackers

Method

  • Cook broccoli according to package directions.
  • Combine egg, onion, soup and mayonnaise.
  • Place layer of broccoli, cheese and sauce.
  • Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
  • Top with cracker crumbs.
  • Drizzle butter on top.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350°.
  • Serves 5 to 6.
