Ingredients
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 1 bunch broccoli, cut up
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can milk
- 1 can water
- 2 c. instant rice
- 8 oz. pkg. Mozzarella
- 1 stick butter
Method
- Saute onion in butter.
- Microwave broccoli for 4 minutes.
- In large bowl, combine soup, milk, water and rice.
- Drain broccoli and add to mixture.
- Add onions and butter.
- Let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
- Add cheese and mix well.
- Bake in a 9 x 13-inch dish for 30 minutes at 350°.
