Ingredients
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 small container light cream
- 3 beaten eggs
- 2 c. shredded cheese
- 1 large bunch broccoli
Method
- Trim broccoli and parboil for about 6 minutes until tender; arrange in casserole dish.
- Mix remaining ingredients, pour over broccoli.
- Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
- Recipe can be doubled.
