Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 stack Ritz crackers
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese

Method

  • Cook broccoli according to package directions.
  • Drain well. Mix broccoli, onion, soup, mayonnaise, eggs and cheese.
  • Put into casserole dish.
  • Cut butter into pieces and arrange over mixture. Crush crackers and cover top of casserole.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
  • Let stand about 20 minutes before serving.
