Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
- 4 c. broccoli florets
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. chopped red bell pepper
Method
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the oil until quite hot.
- Add the walnuts and saute for 1 minute. Add the broccoli and cook over medium heat, tossing frequently, until tender and crisp, about 4 minutes. Add the soy sauce and cook 1 minute more. Serve immediately, garnished with red bell pepper.
