Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh broccoli
- 1 medium onion
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 pt. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. sugar
Method
- Fry bacon crisp, drain and crumble; set aside.
- Wash and cut broccoli and cauliflower into bite-size pieces.
- Chop onion. Layer vegetables and bacon in an airtight container.
- Mix mayonnaise and sugar.
- Spread mixture over salad.
- Seal container. Refrigerate overnight.
- Mix well before serving.
- Serves 8 to 10.
