Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 3 5/8 tablespoons margarine
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 yeast pouch
- 3 1/4 cups flour
- 1 egg yolk for dusting
Method
- Place in the cup the milk, salt, sugar and margarine and schedule 1 min., 37° C, speed 2.
- Add the egg yolks and yeast and set 10 sec. speed 2.
- Add flour and scheduling 1 min. spike speed.
- Shape small balls with the dough and place them on the baking tray sprinkled with a little flour.
- Brush the top with egg yolk and bring to a pre-heated oven at 50°C for 20 minutes to double in volume.
- Then increase the temperature to 180°C for about 25 minutes.
- Serve still hot with butter.
