Ingredients

  • 34 cup graham cracker, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 24 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Crust: Combine graham crackers, butter, 1 tbs sugar.
  • Filling: Beat cream cheese, eggs, vanilla, 1 cup sugar.
  • Pour into crust.
  • Bake 35 minutes.
  • Topping: Mix sour cream, 1 tbs sugar, 1 tsp vanilla.
  • Spread over cake.
  • Return to oven for 5 minutes.
