Ingredients
- 3 lbs assorted fruit, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup low fat passionfruit yogurt
- 1 tsp finely grated orange peel
- 1 tbsp orange juice
Method
- Thread fruit onto eight skewers. Place onto parchment paper-lined tray. Cover with foil; freeze 20 mins.
- Combine yogurt, orange peel and juice in a small bowl.
- Serve kebabs with yogurt mixture.
