- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 can crescent rolls
- 1 c. loose packed hash browns, thawed
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Method
- Cook sausage until brown; drain.
- Separate rolls; place on ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points to center.
- Press to form crust.
- Spread sausage, potatoes and cheese.
- Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour into crust.
- Bake at 375° for 25 to 35 minutes.
