Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 3/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Method

  • Cook sausage until brown.
  • Drain and set aside.
  • Separate crescent rolls in 8 triangles.
  • Place triangles with elongated points toward center of greased pizza pan.
  • Press sides and bottom to form a crust.
  • Seal perforations.
  • Bake at 375° for 5 minutes. Crust will be puffy when removed from the oven.
  • Reduce oven temperature to 350°.
  • Spoon sausage over dough.
  • Sprinkle with cheeses. Combine eggs with milk and seasonings.
  • Pour over sausage.
  • Bake at 350° on lower rack for 30 to 35 minutes.
  • Serves 6 to 8.
  • Use pizza pan with high rim around it.
