Ingredients
- 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Method
- Cook sausage until brown.
- Drain and set aside.
- Separate crescent rolls in 8 triangles.
- Place triangles with elongated points toward center of greased pizza pan.
- Press sides and bottom to form a crust.
- Seal perforations.
- Bake at 375° for 5 minutes. Crust will be puffy when removed from the oven.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350°.
- Spoon sausage over dough.
- Sprinkle with cheeses. Combine eggs with milk and seasonings.
- Pour over sausage.
- Bake at 350° on lower rack for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Serves 6 to 8.
- Use pizza pan with high rim around it.
