Ingredients
- 1 box German chocolate cake mix
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 c. coconut, shredded
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 box powdered sugar
Method
- Spread 1 cup chopped pecans on bottom of a 9 inch x 13 inch pan.
- On top of that, place 1 cup shredded coconut.
- Mix German chocolate cake mix as directed on package and pour on top of coconut.
- Melt margarine and cream cheese together.
- Add 1 box of powdered sugar, and mix.
- Pour on top of cake mix and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
