Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pork sausage
  • 1 c. frozen loose-pack hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crescent dinner rolls
  • 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Method

  • Cook sausage until brown; drain off excess fat.
  • Separate crescent roll dough into 8 triangles.
  • Place triangles on an ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward the center.
  • Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust.
  • Seal any perforations. Top with crumbled sausage, hash brown potatoes and Cheddar cheese. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl; beat until thoroughly mixed.
  • Pour mixture over crust and toppings.
  • Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.
  • Serves 6 to 8.
