Ingredients
- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1 c. frozen loose-pack hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (8 oz.) can crescent dinner rolls
- 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Method
- Cook sausage until brown; drain off excess fat.
- Separate crescent roll dough into 8 triangles.
- Place triangles on an ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward the center.
- Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust.
- Seal any perforations. Top with crumbled sausage, hash brown potatoes and Cheddar cheese. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl; beat until thoroughly mixed.
- Pour mixture over crust and toppings.
- Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.
- Serves 6 to 8.
